We are looking for any eateries still around from the Route 66 heyday, in the Inland Empire. We produce "Food Story" segments for 91.9 KVCR FM. Always on the look out for interesting food stories in the IE.
The Easter Bunny will make a stop at Orange Empire Railway Museum March 28-29. Kids will experience the magic of trains and the magic of the Easter Bunny at this incredibly popular annual event. The Easter Bunny will visit on board with each child and give them a special treat. Children will decorate baskets then follow a treasure map to find Easter Eggs. The fun continues with bunny hop potato sack and egg races and much more children’s entertainment. Families can ride trains and trolleys all day.
This special event will feature Graciano, the sheep shearer, who will demonstrate how the sheep are freed from their warm winter woollies at 123 Farm.
Participants will also be able to see what happens to the fleece once it leaves the
sheep (washing, carding, dyeing, and spinning) and to meet the sixty lambs that
have been born recently.
