The Sycamore Inn Meets The New Year With Great Food And A Murder Mystery

The Sycamore Inn Is One Of My Favorite Ritzy Restaurant To Visit And The Owners Of The Sycamore Inn Bring In The New Years With A Classic Murder Mystery Somewhat Akin To The Dinner Murder Trains Of The Napa Sanoma Wine Country.

Along With The Murder That Unfolds Right In Amongst The Tables, The Inn Offers Interactive Comedy And Great Food.

When We Went Several Years Ago, I Had The Rib Eye Steak Served With Extra Large Baked Potatoes, Cheese Bread, Veggies And A Great Beer. Others In My Party Had The Prime Rib Dinner Which Is So Large That It Is Served On Its Own Platter. And With 4 Waiters At Your Command You Don't Need Worry About Going Thirsty, Needing More Cheese Bread Or A Clean Fork If You Drop Yours.

This Year As In The Past, The Murder Occurs Right At The Dinner Tables. It Might Be At The Table Next To Yours That You Notice That The Gentleman Who Was A Curse Conversation With His Lady Friend Is Suddenly Face Down In His Cesar Salad.

Open Early At 4: Pm The Night Winds Down Until Midnight When All Present Join In And Toast In The New Year With A Champagne Toast. Even The Dead Guy.

The Sycamore Inn Has A Long History In Cucamonga, In Fact Clear Back To 1849 When It Was Opened As An Overnight Stage Stop Between The Mormon San Bernardino Colony And The Spanish Settlement Of The City Of Angels, Better Known Today As La.

It Also Is Known For At Two Least Real Life Murder'S One Being John Rains, Owner Of Cucamonga And The Rains House, The First Non Spanish Home Built In The Inland Empire.

And Since Some Believe That The Inn Is Haunted The Feeling Of Being Watched Is Always Present, Especially On New Years Eve.

So Make Your Reservations Early. The Place Will Be Packed And Those Without Reservations Will Be Asked To Wait Till Tables Open Up For Them. But Then, Watch's A Little Wait For The Perhaps The Best Food In The Inland Empire And A Good Murder Mystery To Boot.
