Well we finally got some good old fashioned snow fall in the local MT's down to 3,000 feet. Another storm is due tonight with another 15 of snow possible in all of the areas down to 5,000 feet and a snow level of 1,000 feet possible Wednesday Morning.

I've Been Asking My Friends And Relatives If They Knew What Was Happening Out Across The Inland Empire Concerning News Years Eve Parties. I Was Surprised At The Number Of Establishments, From Small Bars To Mission Sized Venue'S That Were Going To Hold New Years Eve Event Of Some Sort.

Thursday And Friday More Cooling Off With Night Time Temps Falling Below Freezing In My Upper Valley Areas, And Below Freezing, Perhaps Near Zero In Many MT Areas. Northern Deserts Winds Will Still Be Gusty With A Red Flag Warning Still In Place In Santa Barbara, Ventura And Western La County.

I Thought I Would Summarize Some Of The Local Small Town Christmas Activities, Not That They Aren't Important But Rather That There Are So Many Of Them. You Could Spend The Entire Christmas Season Driving Around To The Various Light Displays, Parades And Community Displays And Not Finish Till They Started Taking Them Down In January. I Know Some People Who Will Do That.

I Was Just Informed By A Good Friend That The Coco Palms In Pomona Was Having There First Ever New Years Eve Party. Now In Case You Don't Know Where The Coco Palms Is, It Is The Restaurant That You See On The Side Of The Hill On Genisha Hills On Fairplex Drive Just Off The 10 Freeway.
