Can Anyone Tell Me About The Merger of the Bloomington Unified School Dist to Colton Schools?

I never have understood what happened to cause the long gone Bloomington Unified School District to merge with The Colton Joint Unified School District.
If anyone has information on when and how it happened I'd be interested, also I attended classes at Bloomington Jr. High in the 1960s in a classroom across from the current Bloomington Middle School Campus (it was on the same side as the San Bernardino County Natural History Museum).
Why People Think There Are Ghosts

This morning I had a very strange experience. This is the first time anything as unusual as this has ever happened to me. Friends of mine have recounted similar stories to me as absolute proof of ghosts or spirits, and after it happening to me, I can almost understand why someone would think it was a ghost.
What I Personally Experienced at the Estudillo / Soboba Rd Mansion

Hi all,
I'm Kitty, the woman who started this. My daughter and I were the first people to enter the old JA Estudillo Estate in several years. We were not looking for ghosts or anything of that nature. We are photographers and I am an amature historian. We went with the intent to capture some awesome shots for our portfolios of historic decay.
I looked forward to the feeling of history and the sense of the people who lived there and the lives they lived. This has always been my favorite part of exploring old buildings and homeplaces. Perhaps its the residual haunting that I look for? I may never know.
